Over the past few weeks, the south side of the house where the tall foundation wall is has been back-filled with rock and dirt to return the grade to its pre-demolition state.

Here are some pictures of the south side over the past month:

Here are some other views through this time. The north side (downslope) grade has been set and electrical conduit, stormwater, and plumbing has been run.

Next on the agenda is going up 2 more floors! With the speed at which the first floor was done, this will be an almost daily trip for us over to the site to watch the progress!
