We pulled ahead of schedule with a fast demolition only to fall back into schedule due to an unknown (yet not unexpected) oil tank found underneath the previous garage. After navigating a couple weeks of permitting, environment testing, and Fire Marshall sign-off, the tank was removed, and the project was moving forward again.
And with that, the footing frames were built!
And a week later, we have some poured footings!
It will be interesting to see when the full foundation is poured!
